基于光纤光栅振动传感的快速检测系统

摘要
相比于传统振动传感器,光纤光栅传感器具有响应快、带宽宽的优点,其中的解调部分是影响整体检测速率的一个关键因素。使用光纤光栅传感器可以对物体的振动进行检测,本文通过将一组光纤光栅固定在一根空芯铁管上,对铁管进行敲击实现振动环境的模拟。作为对比,解调部分分别使用bayspec的光纤光栅解调模块和研制的基于宽带锯齿形滤波器的光纤光栅解调器,以解调出振动信号,并对结果进行分析。两者都可检测出振动的幅度,但基于宽带锯齿形滤波器的光纤光栅解调器的响应频率可达200 kHz, 能实现高速振动信号的检测。
Abstract
Compared with the traditional vibration sensor,FBG sensor has the advantages of fast response and wide band width,and the demodulation part is a key factor affecting the overall detection rate.In this paper,a group of FBGs are fixed on a hollow iron tube,and the vibration environment is simulated by knocking the iron tube.As a contrast,the demodulation part uses bayspec's FBG demodulation module and the developed FBG demodulator based on the wideband sawtooth filter to demodulate the vibration signal,and analyzes the results.Both of them can detect the amplitude of vibration,but the frequency response time of FBG demodulator based on wideband sawtooth filter can reach 200 kHz,which can realize the detection of high-speed vibration signal.
