摘要
光栅防伪技术由于成本低、适用范围广、呈现方式多样, 被广泛应用于印刷产品的防伪中。基于单重光栅防伪方法, 探索了多重光栅解码下隐藏信息的三维显示方法, 分析了不同加网线数、网点面积率、隐藏信息在色版中的嵌入距离差和嵌入顺序等参数对图像的隐藏和显示效果的影响。在此基础上, 以隐藏和显示的三维效果的最佳参数为依据, 进行了实际印刷的验证, 实验结果与理论模拟获得一致的效果, 证明了该方法的科学性和实用性, 可用于实际印刷包装品的防伪, 增强产品防伪的效果。
Abstract
Grating anti-counterfeiting technology is widely used in anti-counterfeiting of printed products due to its low cost, extensive range of application, and diverse forms of performance. Based on the anti-counterfeiting method of single-layer raster, the three-dimensional display method of hidden information under multiple raster decoding is explored. The influence of key parameters such as screen lines, dot percentage, embedding differentiated distance and embedding order of hidden information on the hiding and displaying of printing image is analyzed and the optimal parameters of anti-counterfeiting based on the proposed method are accordingly obtained. Then the actual printing process is implemented to verify these parameters of the hidden and displayed three-dimensional effects by means of a reality printing process.The experimental results are consistent well with the theoretical simulations, which prove that the proposed method is sufficient to do some anti-counterfeiting cases and also can be applied to enhance the effect of anti-counterfeiting for printing and packaging products.
