摘要
为了验证电离层光度计的设计及研制性能, 以满足仪器在轨高灵敏度高精度探测的使用需求, 利用氘灯、标准探测器、单色仪、准直仪、漫反射板、真空系统构建一套基于传递标准探测器的全链路电离层光度计真空紫外定标系统, 利用真空紫外定标系统完成了电离层光度计在夜间135.6nm和白天135.6nm、LBH带3个探测通道的130~200nm光谱响应及辐亮度定标试验, 测试了仪器的灵敏度指标。最后对整个定标系统的定标精度进行分析和估计, 得到系统的定标精度优于9.1%。试验证明了基于传递标准探测器建立高精度真空紫外辐射定标系统的可行性。
Abstract
To verify the design and develop performance of ionosphere photometer, and satisfy the on-orbit high sensitivity and accuracy sounding requirement, an end-end vacuum ultraviolent calibration system for ionosphere photometer based on transfer standard detector was established with standard deuterium lamp, standard detector, monochromator, diffuse reflector and vacuum system. Ionosphere photometer 130~200nm spectral response experiment of three sounding channels was carried out and the sensitivity of the instrument was tested. Finally the calibration accuracy of the whole calibration system was analyzed and estimated, the system calibration accuracy was better than 9.1%. Experiment results has proved the feasibility establishing high accuracy vacuum ultraviolet calibration system based on transfer standard detector.
