激光预处理复合材料表面形貌和胶接件剪切强度研究

摘要
本文采用纳秒紫外激光对树脂基碳纤维复合材料表面进行激光预处理, 研究预处理参数对表面形貌和胶接件剪切强度的影响规律。利用电子显微镜、三维形貌分析仪以及表面接触角测量仪分别分析了激光预处理复合材料表面的显微形貌、粗糙度以及润湿特性, 并测试了激光预处理后复合材料胶接件的剪切强度。结果表明: 通过改变预处理参数(激光功率、扫描间距和扫描次数), 可以使复合材料表面呈现出不同的加工形貌, 改变表面粗糙度和接触角, 从而影响复合材料胶接件剪切强度。
Abstract
The pretreatment on the surface of carbon fiber reinforced resin composites by nanosecond ultraviolet laser is used in this paper, in order to study the influence of pretreatment parameters on the bonding properties of composites surface. The microscope morphology, roughness and wetting properties of laser pretreatment composites are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), 3D profiler, and contact angle measuring instrument respectively. And the shear strength of composites bond joint sample after laser pretreatment is tested by universal material testing machine. The results show that different composite surfaces are presented by changing the laser pretreatment parameters (laser power, scanning interval, scanning times), and the surface roughness and contact angle are changed, which influencing the surface bonding performance.
