激光去毛刺结构设计研究

摘要
为了满足使用激光去除毛刺的工艺要求, 现设计一种激光头结构, 介绍了激光去毛刺的工作原理, 系统组成, 利用中间激光聚焦能量切除大毛刺, 圆环光斑能量将切割后的剩余部分融成圆角。去毛刺激光头结构包括聚焦镜、圆台镜、抛物面镜, 激光束其中一部分经过聚焦镜聚集为第一激光束, 其余部分则先后经圆台镜和抛物面镜反射而形成投射, 在第一激光束周向外侧形成环形的第二激光束。这样能够在待加工工件上投射形成不同功率密度与直径的环形光斑区域, 利用高能量密度对毛刺进行激光去除, 同时对大毛刺去除过后形成的小毛刺在激光扫描去除时进行一次性去除。
Abstract
In order to meet the technological requirements of deburring by laser, a laser head structure is designed to split the laser beam. The large burrs are removed by using the middle laser focusing energy. The remaining part of the cut is melted into rounded corners by the ring spot energy. The deburring stimulus head structure includes a focusing mirror, a circular mirror and a parabolic mirror. Some of the laser beams are concentrated into the first laser beam through the focusing mirror, while the rest of the laser beam is reflected by the circular mirror and the parabolic mirror to form a projection, and the second ring laser beam around the first laser beam is outward. In this way, different power and diameter spots can be projected on the workpiece to be processed, and different burrs of different sizes can be removed by laser. At the same time, small burrs formed after laser removal of large burrs can be removed by laser scanning.
