锶掺杂锰酸镧光催化性能的研究
Study of photocatalytic activity of lanthanum manganate
摘要
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法和旋涂烧结工艺把钙钛矿结构的锰酸镧光催化剂制备成薄膜。制备锰酸镧薄膜后, 采用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)等测试手段检测薄膜的晶体结构、显微形貌和光催化性能。
Abstract
In this paper, a perovskite-structured :lanthanum manganate photocatalyst was prepared into a thin film by using sol-gel method and a spin-coating sintering process. After preparing the lanthanum manganate film, the crystal structure, microstructure and photocatalytic properties of the film were studied by the method of XRD and BET.
