目的：分析强脉冲光联合果酸治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效与安全性。方法：门诊面部脂溢性皮炎患者58例, 随机分成实验组和对照组, 实验组给予2次强脉冲光和2次果酸治疗, 对照组单纯给予果酸治疗, 治疗结束两周评价临床症状改善和不良反应发生情况。结果：实验组红斑、脂溢、瘙痒症状的改善有统计学意义(P<0.05), 皮损面积改善无统计学意义(P>0.05); 对照组仅脂溢和瘙痒改善有统计学意义(P<0.05), 红斑、皮损面积改善无统计学意义(P>0.05); 两组治疗前后各观察指标评分下降情况比较, 除皮损面积评分下降无统计学差异(P>0.05)外, 其余各观察指标两组间比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：强脉冲光联合果酸治疗面部脂溢性皮炎安全有效。

Objective: to analyze the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with alpha hydroxy acids in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods: fifty-eight patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given 2 times of intense pulsed light and 2 times of acid treatment. The control group was given only treatment of alpha hydroxy acids. Side effects and improvement of the clinical symptoms were evaluated two weeks after treatment. Results: the improvement of erythema, seborrhea, and itching in the experimental group was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the improvement of the skin lesion area was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The control group had only statistically significant improvement in seborrhea and itching ( P<0.05), the improvement of erythema and lesion area was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the comparison of the scores of the observation indicators before and after treatment in the two groups was compared, except that there was no statistical difference in the score of the lesion area (P>0.05), The differences of the other observation indicators between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious side effect was founded in the both groups. Conclusion: IPL combined with alpha hydroxy acids is safe and effective in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.
