摘要
通过引入中间函数和运用Maple程序,得到了三螺旋链蛋白质运动模型的各向异性耦合的非线性Schrdinger方程组的行波精确解组,在分析行波精确解组算例特性和对应函数φn(ζ)特性的基础上,解释了三螺旋链蛋白质运动模型的运动特征,拓展了求解具有三螺旋链运动模型的生物大分子行波精确解组的新方法.
Abstract
We introduce middle function and utilize Maple language process to find the traveling wave accurate solutions to all isomerism coupling non-linear Schrdinger equations of tri-helix chain protein movement model of the alpha-helix protein.On the basis of analyzing calculation cases characteristics of traveling wave accurate solutions and characteristics of corresponding function φ_n(ζ) we illustrate movement characteristic of tri-helix chain protein movement model and develop new methods of finding travelling wave accurate solutions to tri-helix chain movement model of critter great molecule.
