摘要
概述了现行的光子相关谱信噪比判据、建立过程及其不足。提出了动态光散射场的散斑场模型。讨论了动态光散射场中的散斑平均面积。利用统计方法重建了光子相关谱信噪比的散斑判据,并分析了散斑判据的物理意义。
Abstract
The actual signal-to-noise ratio criterion of photon correlation spectrum, its building-up process and its shortages were summarized. Then the speckle field model was put forward for dynamic light scattering field. The average speckle area in dynamic light scattering field was calculated. A new signal-to-noise ratio criterion-speckle criterion for photon correlation spectrum was established by use of the statistical method, and its physical significance analyzed.
