摘要
太赫兹时域光谱技术是最新的太赫兹技术,它基于宽波段太赫兹脉冲,可同时获得太赫兹波形的幅度和相位信息,在材料的远红外物性研究中有重要应用。本文涉及太赫兹时域光谱技术的基本特征、发射、探测技术和主要应用。
Abstract
THz time-domain spectroscopy is the newest THz technology based on terahertz pulse of broad spectral region. With this technology, information on both amplitude and phase of THz waveform can be measured. It has important applications in studying material properties in FIR. The basic characteristics, generation and detection methods and various setups of THz-TDS are introduced.
