Parameter Calculation of Splitting Mirrors in Optical-Butting Focal Plane
摘要
采用多片探测器拼接是实现长线阵焦平面的通用方法。反射式光学拼接是焦平面常见的拼接方式之一。对于光学拼接,拼接反射镜几何参数设计不合理会导致定焦平面出现漏缝、杂光、遮挡光路等成像缺陷。反射镜参数计算是光学拼接焦平面设计的核心内容之一。详细介绍了光学拼接焦平面拼接反射镜的参数计算。根据几何光学建立光学拼接成像模型,分别对奇数片探测器和偶数片探测器的拼接反射镜的几何参数进行公式推导,主要包括拼接反射镜的位置、长度、宽度、角度等几何参数的数学表达式。最后将算法公式应用于工程实例,对像方远心和非远心两种典型的光学系统的拼接反射镜参数进行计算,并对两种光学系统拼接反射镜的特点进行了分析。
Abstract
Generally, a long array focal plane can be obtained by butting a series of detectors. Reflective optical-butting is one of the common butting methods in focal plane. During optical-butting, deviations in the geometric parameter design of splitting mirrors can cause imaging defects such as imaging gaps, stray light, and light blocking in focal plane. Thus, calculating the mirror parameters is important for achieving an optical-butting focal plane design. Subsequently, the parameter calculation of splitting mirrors in an optical-butting focal plane is described. The optical-butting imaging model is established based on the principle of geometrical optics. Further, the formulas for calculating the splitting mirror geometric parameters, such as the position, length, width, and corner angle, in case of odd and even detectors are presented. The calculation formulas are applied to two typical examples (telecentric and non-telecentric optical systems) for calculating the splitting mirror parameters. The features of the splitting mirrors between the two optical systems are also analyzed.
