摘要
根据光学设计要求,采用多波段共口径卡氏系统对激光照射稳定性检测系统进行光机结构设计。为保证检测系统在复杂的环境下仍具有较高的检测精度,利用有限元方法对系统结构进行了热力学仿真分析,将各光学元件表面上的节点位移变化代入光机热耦合分析工具Sigfit中进行面形拟合计算。以改进后的Zernike多项式作为光机耦合分析接口,通过Zemax得出光学系统的调制传递函数(MTF)曲线,验证了光机结构设计的合理性。将高低温环境实验数据与集成分析结果对比,对仿真分析过程进行模型修正,进而形成一套完整、准确、适用范围广的光机结构设计方案。
Abstract
According to the optical design requirements, the multi-band shared aperture Cassegrain system is used to design the opto-mechanical structure of the laser irradiation stability detection system. In order to ensure that the detection system still has a high detection accuracy in a complex environment, we analyze the thermodynamic simulation of the system structure based on the finite element method, and use the nodal displacement variation on the surface of each optical element to fit the shape of the surface in the optical thermal coupling analysis tool Sigfit. The improved Zernike polynomial is used as the interface of the opto-mechanical coupling analysis. The modulation transfer function (MTF) curve by Zemax is analyzed, and the rationality of the opto-mechanical structure design is verified. The experimental datum of high and low temperature environments are compared with the integrated analysis results, and the model analysis of the simulation analysis process is improved. The optical machine structural design scheme is complete, accurate, and widely applicable.
