摘要
稀土上转换发光纳米颗粒(UCNPs)可将近红外光转化为紫外可见光,能有效解决光动力抗菌疗法(PACT)中组织穿透深度小、治疗效率低的问题。综述了基于稀土上转换发光纳米平台的光动力抗菌疗法的研究进展,并对新型联合抗菌平台的开发及其在临床上的应用进行了展望。
Abstract
Rare earth upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) can transform near-infrared light into ultraviolet-visible light, which can effectively solve the problems such as a low tissue penetration depth and a low treatment efficiency of photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy (PACT). The research progress on the photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy based on rare earth upconversion nanoplatforms is reviewed. The development of novel co-antibacterial platform and its clinical applications are prospected.
