两种大功率工业激光焊接特性的比较
Welding Property Comparison Study between Two Major High Power Industrial Lasers
摘要
对目前两种主要工业加工用大功率YAG和CO2激光器的焊接特性进行了比较研究.理论上比较了用两种激光加工时的材料吸收率差异.实验上直接比较了两种激光的焊接效果,并依据能效对两者进行定量比较分析.实验结果表明YAG激光的平均能效为CO2激光平均能效的3.623倍,与理论的两种激光吸收率比值接近.而两者焊缝几何形状受焊接参数的影响规律相似.研究结果对薄板壳金属材料的焊接提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
This paper comparatively studies the welding characteristics of two major high power industrial laser-CO 2 laser and YAG laser. By comparing the welding effect differences for the two kinds of lasers, it is shown that the energy efficience of YAG laser welding is bigger than that of CO 2 laser.
