Designs of FET-SEED Smart Pixel Photonic Switching Nodes
摘要
采用FET-SEED灵巧像素技术分别设计出了直接控制方式下(2,1,1)结点(或2×1结点),直接控制和嵌入控制方式下(2,2,2)结点及2×2结点,为制作这些器件提供了依据。
Abstract
Photonic switching nodes are important building blocks of free-space photonic switching networks. The direct control FET-SEED smart pixel (2,1,1 ) nodes (or 2×1 nodes), the direct control and embedded control FET-SEED smart pixel (2,2,2) nodes and 2×2 nodes have been designed, respectively. They may provide useful direction in making these devices.
