巴基管涂层在45#钢表面激光熔覆的研究

摘要
采用激光熔覆技术并通过后续淬火处理对以45#钢为基体的巴基管涂层进行改性,测试了表面的宏观硬度,并用SEM,TEM对处理的表面组织进行检测和分析,实验结果表明,改性后的巴基管涂层使45#钢的表面性能得到明显的提高。在优化的工艺参数下,其表面宏观硬度平均可达HRC65。同时,表面耐腐蚀性也明显改善。组织观察发现在马氏体基体上弥散着大量形状规则的0.1 μm量级的多边形晶体,另外,还观察到极耐腐蚀的白束针相。
Abstract
45# carbon sterl with a buckytube coating was modified by laser cladding and a consequent heat treatment. Rockwell hardness and the structure of the sample surface were examined with SEM and TEM. The results indicate that the surface properties of 45# carbon steel with buckytube coating are improved remarkably after medification. The average macro-hardness of the surface with optimal parameters is HRC65. At the same time, the corresion-resistance is also improved obviously.A new structure corrosion-resistant carbide as well as a great deal of polygonal crystallites which were of the order of 10 -1 micron and dispersed in a martensite matrix were observed.
