激光铬钼合金化的热疲劳性能研究
Thermal fatigue behavior of laser alloying layer of Cr and Mo for 45#carbon steel
摘要
本文讨论了45~#钢表面激光铬钼合金化层的热疲劳性能。试验表明铬钼合金化层比45~#钢及热作工具钢有较好的热疲劳性能,并分析了合金化层热疲劳裂纹萌生的机理。
Abstract
This paper discusses the thermal fatigue behavior of laser alloying layer of Cr and Mo for 45# steel. The test shows that the laser alloying layer exhibits better thermal fatigue properties than 45# steel and conventional work tool steel. The machanism of thermal fatigue crack initiation is also discussed.
