微波放电氦氖激光器的研究
Inverstigation of a Microwave Discharge He-Ne Laser
摘要
在200 MHz~1500 MHz~2000 MHz范围内,通过测量氦的侧光谱和632.8 nm小信号增益随激励频率的影响,研究了氦氖激光器微波激励的频率特性。
Abstract
Over a frequency range of 200 MHz~1500 MHz~2000 MHz, the side-light spectrum of helium microwave discharge and the dependence of small signal gain at 632.8 nm on excited frequency were measured. The microwave excited frequency characteristics of a He-Ne laser has been investigated.
