真空激光快速扫描/蒸发沉积装置的研制
Development of Equipment for Laser High Speed Scanning & Vaporizing-deposition under Vacuum Condition
摘要
介绍一种在真空环境下利用激光快速扫描或激光蒸发沉积等工艺手段,在金属、半导体和陶瓷材料表面,制备非晶、准晶和纳米晶等新型材料的装置.并报道了利用本装置对高速钢W18Cr4V进行真空激光熔凝硬化处理以及真空激光熔凝生成Al-Cu-Fe 非晶态合金相的实验结果.
Abstract
This paper introduces an equipment for preparation of amorphous alloys, quasicrystal and nanocrystal on the surface of metals, semi conductors and ceramics by use of laser under vacuum condition. The results of laser hardening high speed steel W18Cr4V and laser melting solidifying Al Cu Fe alloys with the employment of it are also reported.
