摘要
在Z型谐振腔内加入一个凸透镜,用以补偿增益介质的热透镜效应,并通过实验验证了其可行性.最大输出功率达到1.14W,斜效率为9.95%.
Abstract
In this paper, a convex lens is inserted in the Z cavity, which is used to compensate for the thermal lens effect in gain medium. The experiments verify its feasibility. The maximum output power is 1.14 W, and the slope efficiency is 9 95%.
