Horizontal unseeded vapor growth (HUVG) of a Pb1-xSnxTe diode laser
摘要
本文报告了采用HUVG方法制造的铅盐可调谐二极管激光器。在12K温度下,激光器的阈值电流为1.6安培,发射波长为10.2微米。
Abstract
In this paper, we report a lead salt tunable diode laser fabricated by HUVG. At 12K, the threshold current is 1.6A, the emission wavelength is 10.2μm.
