Fifth harmonic generation using BBO crystal
摘要
本文报道了用BBO晶体对Nd:YAG激光器输出的1064nm光的五倍频,获得了213nm的紫外输出,266nm转换至213nm的转换效率达48%.并用数值积分的方法从理论上分析了1064nm与266nm的混频过程,得出的结论与实验结果相符.
Abstract
The fifth harmonic generation by mixing Nd:YAG laser fundamental and its fouth harmonic radiation using BBO crystal at room temperature is reported. The energy conversion efficiencies of fourth hamonic to fifth harmonic as high as 48% have been achieved. A numerical method was used to analyse the process of mixing 1064 nm and 266 nm and its result is in agreement with the experimental result.
