摘要
利用反向倍增法(IAD),采用双积分球系统,研究了人正常结肠和结肠腺癌粘膜/粘膜下层以及正常结肠和结肠腺癌肌层/浆膜组织对630 nm,680 nm,720 nm,780 nm,810 nm,850 nm和890 nm的钛宝石激光的光学穿透深度和光衰减特性。结果表明,正常结肠和结肠腺癌粘膜/粘膜下层以及正常结肠和结肠腺癌肌层/浆膜组织的光学穿透深度和总衰减系数都是随着激光波长的变化而变化的。正常结肠和结肠腺癌粘膜/粘膜下层组织的光学穿透深度的最大值都在890 nm,其值分别为0.517 cm和0.348 cm;最小值都在680 nm,其值分别为0.232 cm和0.209 cm。正常结肠和结肠腺癌肌层/浆膜组织的光学穿透深度的最大值都在890 nm,其值分别为0.575 cm和0.433 cm;最小值都在680 nm,其值分别为0.277 cm和0.260 cm。正常结肠和结肠腺癌粘膜/粘膜下层组织的总衰减系数的最大值都在890 nm,其值分别为215 cm-1和229 cm-1;最小值都在780 nm,其值分别为187 cm-1和209 cm-1。正常结肠和结肠腺癌肌层/浆膜组织的总衰减系数的最大值都在890 nm,其值分别为213 cm-1和231 cm-1;最小值都在680 nm,其值分别为193 cm-1和204 cm-1。
Abstract
The optical penetration depths and light attenuation characteristics for normal and adenomatous human colon mucosa/submucosa and normal and adenomatous human colon muscle layer/chorion tissues at 630 nm, 680 nm, 720 nm, 780 nm, 810 nm, 850 nm and 890 nm wavelengths of Ti∶sapphire laser were studied, a double-integrating-spheres system and inverse adding-doubling (IAD) method were used in this experiment. The results of measurement showed that the optical penetration depths and total attenuation coefficients vary with a change of laser wavelength for normal and adenomatous colon mucosa/submucosa and normal and adenomatous colon muscle layer/chorion at seven different laser wavelengths. The maximum optical penetration depths for normal and adenomatous human colon mucosa/submucosa are respectively 0.517 cm and 0.348 cm at 890 nm, and the minimum optical penetration depths for both are 0.232 cm and 0.209 cm at 680 nm respectively. The maximum optical penetration depths for normal and adenomatous human colon muscle layer/chorion are respectively 0.575 cm and 0.433 cm at 890 nm, and the minimum optical penetration depths for both are 0.277 cm and 0.260 cm at 680 nm respectively. The maximum total attenuation coefficients for normal and adenomatous human colon mucosa/submucosa are respectively 215 cm-1 and 229 cm-1 at 890 nm, and the minimum total attenuation coefficients for both are 187 cm-1 and 209 cm-1 at 780 nm respectively. The maximum total attenuation coefficients for normal and adenomatous human colon muscle layer/chorion are respectively 213 cm-1 and 231 cm-1 at 890 nm, and the minimum total attenuation coefficients for both are 193 cm-1 and 204 cm-1 at 680 nm respectively.
