A model of statistical mechanics for the luminescence centers of ZnO
摘要
根据ZnO结构的两种空隙(四面体和多面体),提出了一种发光模型.用统计系综求得了上述两种填隙锌的数量计算公式.
Abstract
Bases on the ZnO crystal structure with two kinds of interstitial positions, a luminescent model is proposed in this paper. Formulae of two interstitial zino population are obtained by using the theory of statistical ensemble.
