摘要
为了提升屏幕指纹系统的集成度,实现高屏占比,降低系统的厚度,提出屏上指纹设计方案。将指纹的感应层集成到触显屏幕上方,压缩屏幕指纹的厚度,从而降低系统的厚度。结合目前技术能力及行业工艺水平,提出设计方案,对这个设计方案的可行性和优势进行分析,并预测未来可能的发展趋势。技术对比表明:该方案可以降低屏幕指纹模组的厚度0.5 mm,对于后段的屏幕指纹模组厂来说,减少了2个重要工序,提升了屏上指纹模组的良率。该方案可以搭配OLED显示模组,也可以搭配TFT液晶显示屏。
Abstract
In order to improve the integration of screen fingerprint systems, achieve high screen-to-body ratio, and reduce the thickness of the system, an on-screen fingerprint design scheme was proposed. The sensing layer of the fingerprint was integrated above the touch screen to compress the thickness of the screen fingerprint, thereby the thickness of the system could be reduced. Combining the current technical capabilities, a design scheme was proposed, the feasibility and advantages of this design scheme were analyzed, and possible future development trends were predicted. Technical comparison showed that this solution could reduce the thickness of the screen fingerprint module by 0.5 mm. For the screen fingerprint module factory, it could reduce two important processes and improve the yield of fingerprint module. This solution could be used with OLED display modules or TFT liquid crystal displays.
