摘要
本文对Mach-Zehnder干涉型集成光学电光调制器的温度稳定性进行了定量分析,结果表明非对称Mach-Zehnder调制器同样具有非常好的温度稳定性。
Abstract
In this paper the temperature stability of integnted optical asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometric modulators was analyzed and the results were given quantitatively. Research shows that there are very good temperature stability for asymmetric Mach-Zehnder modulators.
