正交二元位相光栅的减反射特性
Antireflection Properties of Crossed Binary Phase Gratings
摘要
根据二维矢量耦合波衍射理论,分析了正交二元位相光栅的衍射特性,发现在适当选取光栅参数时,其反射率可以减小到几乎为零,并且这种减反射特性与入射光的偏振态无关。
Abstract
In this paper, according to the two dimensional vector coupled wave diffraction theory, we analyze diffraction properties of crossed binary phase gratings, and find that when the grating parameters are chosen properly, the gratings can have nearly zero reflectivities, and the antireflection properties have nothing to do with the polarization states of the incident lights.
