摘要
通过Maker条纹测试方法,在电子束辐射下的Ge-As-S硫系玻璃中,观察到明显的二阶非线性光学效应,并讨论了该效应的机理。通过Maker条纹图可以看出,二次谐波强度的大小主要与加速电压的大小有关,并在±(50°~60°)入射角时出现最大值。
Abstract
The method of Maker fringes was used and the second order nonlinear optical effect was observed in the electron-beam irradiated Ge-As-S glasses. The mechanism of this effect was discussed. It′s shown from the Maker fringes that the second harmonic intensity is strongly related to accelerating voltage, which gets a peak when the incidence of angle is ±(50°~60°).
