摘要
对(Nd,Ce):YAG板条固体激光器提出了一维变反射率镜(1D VRM)非轴对称虚共焦腔,并与平行平面腔和旋转对称变反射率镜(2D VRM)虚共焦腔等腔型作了实验比较研究。结果表明,1D VRM虚共焦腔适音板条固体激光器, 兼顾输出激光效率和光束质量。
Abstract
An axis-asymmetric positive confocal resonator with a one-dimensional variable reflectivity mirror (1D VRM) for the (Nd,Ce):YAG slab laser is proposed and compared experimentally with the plane-plane resonator and the positive confocal resonator with a rotationally-symmetrical variable reflectivity mirror (2D VRM). It has been shown that the 1D VRM positive confocal resonator is suitable for slab lasers because both output efficiency and beam quality can be improved.
