摘要
运用高斯光束矩阵变换对半导体激光侧面抽运YAG激光器在动态热透镜效应影响下的谐振腔参数进行了理论分析和计算。利用非稳腔法测量了抽运模块热透镜焦距随抽运电流变化的关系。讨论了动态热透镜效应对激光输出和腔稳定性的影响,并进行了相应的实验验证。
Abstract
By using of matrix method and ABCD law for Gaussian beam, the resonator parameters of the YAG laser have been analyzed and computed under considering of the thermal-lens effect. The thermal lens effect as the function of the pump current is measured by “unstable resonator” method. The influences of the dynamic thermal lens effect on the laser output and their stabilities are discussed and verified by experiments.
