Review of Ytterbium-Doped Laser Materials
摘要
比较了各种掺Yb激光材料的光谱学以及热学参数,分析了不同的掺Yb激光材料的各自用途。重点讨论了重复频率大能量纳秒级脉冲储能二极管抽运固体激光器(DPSSL)装置对Yb激光增益介质的需求。结果表明,Yb:YAG、Yb:S-FAP均是合适的储能型增益介质,表现出各自的特色。
Abstract
The spectral and thermal parameters of different kinds of Yb-doped laser materials are compared, and their applications are also analyzed. The essential properties of these materials especially for the rep-rated pulsed high-energy diode-pumped solid-state lasers are emphasized. The results show that Yb:YAG and Yb:S-FAP, although having different properties, are both suitable materials for energy-storage operation.
