摘要
文章在理解非晶硅TFT(Thin Film Transistor)器件工作原理的基础上, 使用MATLAB建立GUI平台, 与实际测量数据对比, 进行TFT模型参数的提取, 提取后的参数可以用于SPICE(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis)模拟。
Abstract
This paper is to build a MATLAB GUI, based on the understanding of the working principle of TFT device. TFT model parameters can be extracted by comparison with the practical data. The model parameters can be used in SPICE.
