高亮度硅基OLED微显示器研究
A Microdisplay of Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diodes on Silicon with High Brightness
摘要
开发了一款对角线尺寸为1.5 cm, 分辨率为800×600的单色硅基OLED微显示器件。器件驱动芯片集成电源管理、温度检测、DA转换等功能模块。器件亮度大于10 000 cd/m2, 对比度大于10 000∶1, 器件亮度均一性大于90%, 在10 000 cd/m2起始亮度下, 器件的T50寿命大于500 h。器件性能满足头盔显示等需求。
Abstract
A microdisplay of OLED on silicon which has a size of 1.5 cm and revolution of 800×600 was developed. The display chip integrated the functions of power management、temperature test and DAC. The brightness of device reached the 10 000 cd/m2, the contrast ratio was more than 10 000∶1, and the brightness uniformity was more than 90%.The T50 lifetime of the device was tested to be more than 500 hours. The performance of device can meet the requirements of HMD systems.
