Design and Implementation of Minisize Highspeed Optocoupler
摘要
设计了一种新型的小尺寸高速光电耦合器,器件采用单路集电极开路输出,注重空间的利用效率,以满足高速、小体积和高可靠性的要求。介绍了电路设计原理和结构参数设计,并进行了参数测试,结果表明器件满足设计要求。
Abstract
A new type of minisize highspeed optocoupler was designed. It applies opencollector output with single channel and mainly focuses on the space utilization efficiency. The requirements of high response rate, small volume and high reliability were realized. The principles of circuit design and structural design were described. Tests on major parameters show that the device can meet the design requirements.
