摘要
EMCCD作为一种新型的光电传感器, 在现代军用光电成像技术正得到越来越广泛的应用。本文将 EMCCD组件应用于单兵综合侦察仪中, 满足了装备昼夜探测的需求。同时根据约翰逊准则, 考虑系统的光能量传递特性和目标在靶面上的压行数等因素, 理论估算出其作用距离。通过试验结果表明理论估计的正确性, 验证了 EMCCD昼夜通用的性能, 为装备选型提供依据。
Abstract
As a new type of photoelectric sensor, EMCCD is used more and more widely in the field of modern military optoelectronic imaging technology. The EMCCD component is applied to the individual integrated reconnaissance device, which meets the equipment circadian detection requirements. At the same time, according to the Johnson criterion, considering the characteristics of the light energy transfer and the number of targets on the target surface, the operating distance is calculated. The experimental results show the correctness of the theoretical estimation. The universal performance of EMCCD is verified, which provides the basis for equipment selection.
