一种抗辐照试验测试系统中 RS485总线 IO卡设计
Design of a RS485 bus IO card applied in measurement system of anti-radiation experiment
摘要
介绍了基于 RS485总线的远程 IO卡在抗辐照测试系统中的实现(主要用于瞬时剂量率抗辐照试验、总剂量抗辐照试验等),包括USB转RS485接口模块、 RS485转IO卡控制模块。采用FT232与隔离型RS485驱动器实现 USB转RS485;使用32位控制器STM32与RS485隔离型驱动作为远程端 IO输出设备。研制的 RS485总线IO卡作为抗辐照测试系统的重要组成部分,完成了瞬态剂量率、总剂量试验和中子试验,并得到了测试数据。通过实际抗辐照试验环境验证,该模块具有现场布线要求低,可靠性高的特点,满足应用需求。
Abstract
A remote IO card based on RS485 bus is designed for the measurement system used in anti-radiation experiment(transient dose rate, the total dose rate etc.), which consists of USB to RS485 interface module and RS485 to IO control module. The FT232 and isolating type RS485 driver are utilized for conversion from USB to RS485; the 32 bit MCU STM32 and isolating type driver are adopted to control remote IO. As an important part of the whole measurement system for anti-radiation experiment, the IO card is adopted to finish the transient dose rate experiments, the total dose rate and the neutron experiment, and the data is obtained. According to a series of experiments, the IO card is proved to be of low requirements of field wiring, high reliability and satisfying the actual application.
