激光熔覆自润滑复合涂层研究进展

摘要
润滑技术的改进不仅能取得巨大的经济效益, 还有利于环境保护和资源合理利用。自润滑涂层在润滑油脂失效或无润滑介质条件下能发挥良好的润滑效果, 近年来受到广泛关注。激光熔覆技术作为自润滑涂层制备方法之一, 具有独特的优势, 在概述自润滑涂层的润滑机理及研究热点的基础上, 综述了激光熔覆制备自润滑涂层的研究进展, 包括熔覆材料选择、润滑相引入方式、存在的问题与应对措施, 同时指出了激光熔覆制备自润滑涂层的未来研究方向。
Abstract
The improvement of the lubrication technology can not only made great economic benefits as well as conducive to environmental protection and reasonable utilization of resources. Self-lubricating coating under the condition of the lubricating grease or no lubrication media can play a good lubrication effect and attracted much attention in recent years. Laser cladding technology as one of self lubricating coating preparation method has a unique advantage. The research progress of self-lubricating coatings by laser cladding is reviewed in this paper, including cladding material selection, the way of lubricating phase introduction, problems and counter measures, The future research direction of self-lubricating coating prepared by laser cladding also be pointed out.
