基于铁路罐车(箱)容积三维激光回波强度D模型的入射角特性研究

摘要
以建立的铁路罐车回波强度D模型为基础, 采用高感应激光标靶, 对检定周期内铁路罐车(箱)进行以入射角为代表的几何量特性扫描影响分析, 并通过点云均布率和再现率直观判断扫描效果, 最后以不同入射角扫描模型计算铁路罐车容积, 并与较高等级容积量传法比较, 结果显示, 基于铁路罐车工况, 35°入射角进行扫描的扫描效果较好, 测量准确度高, 测量重复性较好, 较容量比较法更加接近。进行测量不确定度评定, 测量结果的相对扩展不确定度为3×10-3, k=2, 为三维激光扫描铁路罐车相关技术的研究提供一定的理论与技术参考。
Abstract
Based on the D model of railway tank echo intensity, the influence of geometrical quantity characteristics scanning represented by the incident angle on the railway tank (box) in the test period is analyzed by high induction laser target, and the scanning effect is judged by the uniform rate of the point cloud and the reproduction rate. Finally, the volume of railway tank is calculated by different angle of incidence scanning model, and compared with the higher volume calculation method. The results show that the scanning effect is better at 35° incident angle based on the condition of railway tank, the measurement accuracy is high, the measurement repeatability is better and the capacity comparison is closer. To measure the uncertainty of measurement, the relative expansion uncertainty of the measurement results is 3×10-3, k=2, which provides some theoretical and technical reference for the research on the technology of three-dimensional laser scanning railway tank.
