摘要
针对微小型无人机及微型弹药的电气互联接口日趋小型化问题, 首先研究了国外飞机/悬挂物电气连接系统(AEIS)接口标准簇发展及演变过程。然后对AS5726A定义的微型弹药接口信号组中的数字数据总线、离散量和电源等3种信号的功能及要求进行了阐述和分析, 还研究了微型弹药接口相比于MIL-STD-1760接口和小型任务悬挂物接口呈现出的新特性。最后提出了适用于微型弹药接口的隔离网络、匹配状态接口电路和控制使用流程等工程应用问题的初步解决方案。
Abstract
Nowadays, the electrical interconnection interface of the miniature unmanned aerial vehicles and the micro munitions are becoming miniaturized. Firstly, the development and evolution process of the Aircraft/store Electrical Interconnection System(AEIS) standard cluster is studied. Then the functions and requirements of the micro munitions interface signal set defined by AS5726A, including three kinds of signals, i. e. , the digital data bus, the discrete magnitude and the power, are expounded and analyzed. Furthermore, new features of micro munitions interface are researched, with comparison to MIL-STD-1760 interface and the miniature mission store interfaces. Finally, preliminary solutions are presented to solve such engineering application problems as the isolation network of the micro munitions interface, the mated status interface circuit and the control flow.
