基于双时隙多幅值的映射复用技术的研究

摘要
为了有效提高光通信系统的频带利用率,提出了一种新型复用技术——映射复用(MM),即采用双时隙多幅值信号对多路复用信号的单值映射来实现对多路信号的复用。分析了MM技术的复用和解复用原理,以4路用户信号复用为例,利用Matlab软件设计了MM复用器和解复用器。采用Optisystem和Matlab联合仿真,设计了一种基于MM技术的4路用户信号复用的光纤传输系统。仿真实验得到的眼图清晰,验证了方法的可行性;与同速率的非归零和归零信号相比,MM信号的谱宽分别是它们的一半和1/3。MM技术可有效地提高系统的频带利用率,增加色散容忍度,在光纤通信系统中具有广泛的应用前景。
Abstract
In order to improve the bandwidth efficiency of optical communication system, a new multiplexing technology called Mapping Multiplexing (MM) technology is proposed. In the MM technology, multi-channel signal multiplexing is achieved by using dual-slot multi-amplitude signal mapped to multiplexing signal. This paper analyzes the principle of multiplexing and demultiplexing of MM technology,and uses 4-channel multiplexing as an case study to design MM multiplexer and demultiplexer by Matlab. By means of the combination of Optisystem and Matlab, the optical fiber transmission system is designed based on MM technology. The obtained eye diagram is very clear, which verifies the feasibility of the method. Compared with the same rate of NRZ signal and RZ signal, the bandwidth of MM signal is reduced by half and two-thirds. The proposed MM technology can not only effectively improve the system's bandwidth efficiency, but also increase the dispersion tolerance. It has a wide range of applications in optical fiber communication system.
