三维振动测量系统的照明模块设计

摘要
为了满足三维测量系统所需的大视场照明条件,设计了一种基于自由曲面的透镜阵列的匀光照明模块。根据能量对应关系计算得到自由曲面透镜的离散点数据,通过Rhino软件拟合离散点得到该自由曲面透镜实体模型,再将得到的自由曲面透镜面型导入Light Tools软件,进行阵列后得到匀光照明模块。仿真结果表明,该照明模块可使2.56 m2的接收面上的亮度达到13 102 lx,照明均匀度达到92.86%,且公差符合装配要求。
Abstract
In order to meet the requirement of multi-point three-dimensional measurement system for the large field-of-view illumination conditions,we design a uniform illumination module based on the freeform surface lens array.According to the energy correspondence,we calculate the discrete pointdata of the freeform surface lens,and obtain the solid model by fitting the discrete points through Rhino software.The freeform surface lens’s solid model is input into the Light Tools software.Then we get uniform illumination module through the array arrangement.The simulation results show that the illumination module can achieve the brightness of 13 102 lx and the illumination uniformity of 92.86% on the 2.56 m2 receiving plane,and the tolerances meet the requirement of fabrication.
