茚三酮显现潜血指纹后对DNA-STR荧光图谱的影响

摘要
采用3130XL遗传分析仪系统研究了白纸上的潜血指纹经茚三酮熏显后对于DNA-短串联重复序列(STR)荧光图谱的影响。结果表明: 与对照组(未熏显)相比, 潜血指纹经茚三酮熏显后DNA检出效率有所降低; 经茚三酮熏显后的潜血指纹, 随着潜血指纹浓度的稀释, 能够检出的基因座数逐渐减少。本文对案件现场的证据提取具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract
It was studied systematically by 3130XL genetic analyzer for the effects of ninhydrin development of latent blood fingerprint on white paper on the subsequent DNA-short tandem repeat(STR) fluorescence pattern. Results show that the DNA detection efficiency decreases for the latent blood fingerprint developed with ninhydrin compared with control group without being developed. The detected number of STRs is gradually reduced with the concentration diluted about the latent blood fingerprint developed with ninhydrin. It is of great significance with this paper to the extraction of evidence at the crime scence.
