一种灯泵Nd:YAG四波长激光清洗机的光路控制系统设计
Design of optical path control system for a lamp-pumped Nd:YAG four-wavelength laser cleaning machine
摘要
为了满足激光清洗中对多波长输出的需求,设计了能在一台激光清洗机中实现4个波长激光交替输出的光路控制系统。 基于BBO晶体的非线性效应,通过主控制器程序对光路中的运动控件进行切换, 实现在同一光路系统中输出4个波长。在激光器输出端用二套振镜系统实现了各个波长激光束的扫描输出,拓展了该激光清洗机的使用范围。实验结果表明设计的光路控制系统稳定可靠,简单易行。
Abstract
In order to meet the demand of multi-wavelength output in laser cleaning, an optical path control system which can realize four wavelengths laser output alternately in a laser cleaning machine is designed. Based on the nonlinear effect of BBO crystal, the motion parts in light path are switched through the main controller program, and four-wavelength output is realized in the same optical path system. By using two sets of vibrating mirror system at the laser output terminal, scanning output of each wavelength laser beam is realized, which expands the use range of laser cleaning machine. Experiment results show that the designed optical control system is stable and reliable, simple and easy to be realized.
