爆炸冲击波威力高速纹影测量方法

摘要
针对弹丸爆炸中冲击波威力测量受传感器特性及测量环境影响的问题,提出了一种利用高速录像机进行摄影测量与数据处理的方法,分析了纹影摄像的基本条件及冲击波成像过程,建立了测量模型、误差分析模型,通过将测量数据与压电传感器测量数据进行比对,验证了爆炸冲击波高速纹影测量方法的有效性,实现了冲击波流场的可视化,建立了测量模型及误差分析模型,等效TNT当量相当误差优于10%。经过实际验证,该方法具有可行性和较好的精度,实现了冲击波威力自由空间测试。
Abstract
In this paper, a method of photogrammetry and data processing using high speed video recorder is proposed to measure the shock wave power in projectile explosion that is affected by sensor characteristics and measuring environment. The basic conditions of schlieren photography and the imaging process of the shock wave are analyzed. The measurement model and error analysis model are established. By comparing the measured data with the piezoelectric sensor measurement data, the effectiveness of the high speed schlieren method for explosion shock wave measurement is verified. The visualization of the shock wave field is carried out, and the measurement model and error analysis model are established. TNT equivalent error is better than 10%. It is proved that the method is feasible and accurate, and the free space test of shock wave power is realized.
