Generation of Scan Path for Local Equal Thickness Laser Deposition Repair on Curve Featured Spare Parts
摘要
在航空航天等领域, 针对各类磨损和损伤零件的激光沉积修复技术具有重要的经济价值。对于曲面外形零件的等厚修复, 如采用平面切片扫描轨迹方式, 将难以保证目标外形的整体质量。提出一种包络曲面外形的扫描轨迹生成算法: 首先求解出一条测地线作为参考曲线, 然后迭代求解参考曲线的若干条平行曲线, 最后将所有相邻曲线首尾相连, 从而构成一条蛇形往复扫描轨迹。并通过算法程序编写、实例测试和应用试验, 验证了该算法的合理性、准确性和实用性。
Abstract
Laser deposition repair technology has important economical value for many kinds of wear and tear parts in the fields of aerospace and others. It is difficult to guarantee the overall quality of target shapes if plane section scan path is used for the equal thickness restoration of curved featured parts. A scan path generation algorithm for enveloping curve featured shape is proposed. Firstly, solving a geodesic line as reference curve, then iterating to solve a number of parallel curves regarding reference curve. Finally, connecting all the adjacent curves to form a snakelike reciprocating scan path end to end. The rationality, accuracy and practicability of the algorithm are proved by programming, example test and application test.
