石墨/酚醛树脂混合粉末选择性激光烧结成型工艺研究

摘要
天然鳞片石墨粉末成型工艺性不佳, 这极大地限制了其工程应用范围。在制备石墨/酚醛树脂混合粉末基础上, 利用选择性激光烧结成型技术快速制备了复杂石墨结构件。研究了不同的激光能量密度, 不同的分层厚度等对石墨成型件的抗弯强度和成形精度影响。研究发现, 增大激光能量密度或减小分层厚度有利于保证石墨原型件的结构完整性, 但过大的激光能量密度或过小的分层厚度会导致石墨原型件Z轴方向的几何特征变形失真。通过正交实验确定了最优工艺参数组合, 快速制备了多孔石墨骨架。
Abstract
Natural flake graphite powder molding process is poor, which greatly limits the scope of its engineering applications. Based on the preparation of graphite / phenolic resin mixed powder, A complex graphite structure parts was prepared by selective laser sintering rapidly. The effects of different laser energy density and different delamination thickness on the flexural strength and forming accuracy of graphite molded parts were studied. It was found that increasing the laser energy density or reducing the delamination thickness was helpful to ensure the structural integrity of the graphite prototype, but excessive laser energy density or too small delamination thickness will lead to geometric distortion in the Z-axis direction of the graphite prototype. The optimal combination of process parameters was determined by orthogonal experiment, and the porous graphite skeleton was prepared rapidly.
