摘要
提出了一种准直型LED自由曲面二次光学元件的设计方法, 基于光线追迹, 满足光学元件的光学要求和曲面连续性的几何要求, 简化了自由曲面设计过程, 实现程序化设计。自由曲面的应用以能够实现自由曲面的制造为前提, 基于自由曲面的可加工性, 提出设计方法可结合加工需求灵活更改设计参数, 设计自由度高, 实验验证了设计方法的正确性。
Abstract
A design method of collimated LED secondary optics with freeform surface is proposed. This method based on ray tracing can ensure the optical requirements and surface smoothness requirements simultaneously, which can simplify the freeform surface design process and realize programming design. The manufacture of freeform surface is the premise for its application. Based on the machinability of freeform surface, the proposed design method can flexibly change design parameters according to processing requirements with high degree of design freedom. The correctness of the method is verified by optical simulation and experiments.
