基于斜射式激光三角测量锯材宽度的研究

摘要
在已有的激光三角测厚技术的基础上提出了激光三角宽度测量的数学模型。模型认为宽度测量分辨率与被测试件宽度无关, 与被测试件厚度存在线性关系, 当激光和相机光轴的夹角满足一定条件时, 宽度分辨率是个常数, 此时模型精度最高。利用这个模型结合数字图像处理技术对九种常见规格的锯材试件进行504个样本宽度检测, 结果显示毛边锯材外材面宽度识别相对误差率不到0.12%, 误差均值在0.13mm以内,所提模型是一种高精度新型非接触性检测外材面宽度的方法。
Abstract
A mathematical model of laser triangulation width measurement is proposed based on the existing laser triangulation thickness measurement method. The model demonstrates that the resolution of the width measurement has a linear relationship with the thickness of the test piece instead of its width. When a certain angle condition is met between the laser and the optical axis of the camera, the width resolution appears to be an constant , so the model is the most precise at that time. Using this model combined with digital image processing technology, 504 sample width detection is carried out through the sawn specimens of nine common specifications. the result displays that relative error rate of the external surface can lower than 0.12% with an average error no more than 0.13mm. Thus, the model is proved to be a highly-precised and non-contact new method in detecting the width of the external surface of sawn timber.
