摘要
为设计红外周期性吸波结构,本文分析了周期性吸波结构的谐振单元尺寸、介质层厚度和介电常数对吸波效果的影响,研究周期性吸波结构的吸收规律,设计了一种由两种不同尺寸圆形贴片构成的周期性结构,仿真结果表明该结构在SO2 气体探测器的两个特征吸收波长4.0 μm 和7.35 μm 处吸收率分别达到99.67%和99.97%,并且该结构对极化方向不敏感,吸波效果良好。
Abstract
In order to design an infrared periodic absorbent structure, this paper explored the absorption regularity of a periodic absorbent structure. This was achieved through analyzing the effect of the geometric parameters of resonant units and thickness and permittivity of dielectric layers on absorption properties. A periodic absorbent structure composed of circular patches with different radii was designed. Simulation results reveal that the structure was insensitive to polarization and that absorption levels reached 99.67% and 99.97% at thicknesses of 4.0 μm and 7.35 μm respectively. The absorption levels were found to correspond to two distinct characteristic wavelengths when analyzed through a SO2 detector.
