摘要
设计一种用于轨道交通车辆多曲面地板的激光扫平自动测量系统。该系统由激光扫平仪、一维PSD探测器、无线串口模块及工业计算机组成。激光光源采用515 nm的固体激光器,出光功率5 mW,扫描转速0~720 r/min,水平精度±20"/50 m。探测器使用具有无线数据传输功能的微米级一维光位置敏感器(PSD)。实验结果表明,以激光扫平面为参照面,进行轨道列车多曲地面的测量与补偿;该系统在工作半径15 m,测量精度能达到0.5 mm。结合数字化的采集方案,实现了大范围、高精度、实时性的自动化测量。
Abstract
A rotating laser measurement system used for multiple surface of rail transit train is introduced in this paper. This system is unitized by rotating laser, one dimensional PSD detector, wireless serial communication module and industrial computer. The laser head is used 515 nm laser with output power 5 milliwatts, the rotating speeds is 0~720 r/min and horizontal accuracy is ±20"/50m. Detector is used micro scale one-dimensional optical position sensor. The testing results show that the measurement and compensation of the multiple curved ground of track trains are carried out with the laser scanning plane as the reference plane. The system’s measuring accuracy can reach 0.5 mm within 15 m. The automatic measurement of large-range, high-precision and real-time is realized with the help of the digital acquisition scheme, which fills the blank of the automatic measurement of the domestic multi-surface.
